1. Definitions

“You”, “Customer” and “User” refer to any person placing an order on this site.
“Product” means the printed Tamil Calendar offered for sale on the website.
2. Product, Pricing & Availability
2.1 All calendars are described accurately on the website, including features like premium quality printing, paper details, and cover options.
2.2 Product prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude courier/shipping charges unless specifically stated.
2.3 Bulk pricing and bottom-printing charges are shown on relevant pages.
2.4 We reserve the right to update prices, offers, and product information at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
3.1 Orders are confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.
3.2 You authorize us to charge the selected payment method upon placing the order.
3.3 If payment fails or is reversed, your order will be cancelled.
4. No Return / No Refund Policy
4.1 Calendars once purchased, printed, or processed cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
4.2 This includes all physical calendars, custom printed calendars (bottom printing), and bulk orders.
4.3 All sales are final. If you are unsure, please review product details carefully before purchasing.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
5.1 If a calendar arrives damaged or contains a clear printing error:
a) Contact us within 48 hours of delivery;
b) Provide order details, photos of the product, and shipping packaging.
5.2 After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
5.3 Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
6. Delivery & Shipping
6.1 Delivery estimates vary by location:
- Chennai & nearby: 2–3 working days
- Rest of India: 5–7 working days (approx.)
6.2 Shipping times are approximate and depend on courier services.
6.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or natural events.
7. Custom & Bulk Orders
7.1 For bottom-printing/custom printed calendars:
a) Minimum order quantity applies as specified on the product page.
b) Content must be provided accurately, and final printing approval must be confirmed by the customer.
7.2 Once approved, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All graphics, images, design layouts, text, and trademarks on the site and in the calendar materials are owned by Sunshine Enterprises. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Sunshine Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to product use or inability to use products.
9.2 Our maximum liability does not exceed the value of the product purchased.
10. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective once published on this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the relevant courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
